If your car has outstanding finance on the day that we purchase your vehicle, we will deal directly with your finance company on your behalf and pay off all of the remaining debt using money from the purchase price. All our vehicle purchasers carry ID identifying who they are and confirming that they work for webuyurcar. They will also arrive in a branded vehicle and wearing a webuyurcar uniform.

Ahead of your appointment you will receive a confirmation email and text message that will contain a link to a bio of the purchaser that will be visiting you to purchase your car.

What happens once I have sold my car?

Once the sale of the car has been agreed and you have received your payment, our vehicle purchaser will take the vehicle's keys and we will arrange for our transport team to collect the vehicle. You don't need to be present when we collect the vehicle as we will already have the keys. We will either simply drive it away if it is in a roadworthy condition or if not we will collect it with a vehicle transporter. We aim to collect all vehicles within seven working days. We do not charge for the collection of vehicles.
